First, the blur service staff totally forgotten about our orders & couldn't even remember he was the one who took our orders! When we checked with him about our orders after waiting for more than 20mins, his reply 'who took your order?' really pissed me off! The place was not even too crowded to manage! He didn't even apologize!

Next, the ramen was soggy, the broth was extremely starchy & the fried chicken was too floury & hard! How could this be Tokyo No. 1?! Total failure!
