All thoughts about eating healthy are thrown out of the window because there is no way you will be able to stop at just one piece. The skin is fried to crispy perfection, and the addition of the salted egg yolk just makes you wonder why it is not done like this usually. Great as a starter, and one portion may not be enough to share!
