Accompanied with the Deepfried Chive Stem Pancake ($14.80), so crispy! I love to warm the stomach with soup, and their Double-boiled Chicken Soup with Peruvian Ginseng ($26/pax) is light yet flavourful, so well-cooked that i finished every single bit of the essence. I’m not a fan of salad but i was surprised by Chef’s rendition of Thai Salad! The Garden Salad ($14.80) with real crabmeat, pomelo and crispy sakura ebi completed with Chef’s secret recipe sauce is so appetising that i find myself loving it.
