The sauce was thick, cheesy and rich with mild spiciness. It coated the penne perfectly and even though you won’t really taste the vodka, this dish was amazing.

This was made by my landlord who came across the recipe on TikTok (slide to the last picture), but she added more cheese. I tried browsing for restaurants in SG that sell the menu and only came across @madrinaa_italiano’s Penne Alla Vodka and @caffefernetsg’s Rigatoni Vodka. I think they’re worth trying, if you don’t feel like making it yourself ☺️ ⠀
