𝐏𝐮𝐦𝐩𝐤𝐢𝐧 𝐘𝐚𝐦 𝐌𝐨𝐜𝐡𝐢 𝐓𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐤 ($𝟐.𝟒𝟎)

I especially loved how the natural taste and sweetness of both the yam and pumpkin come through, they’re substantial in thickness and flavour without being too sweet. However, I wish the ratio were heavier on the yam, as there was less of it, and their pumpkin was already the stronger flavour to begin with.

And I know how people feel against the flowy, almost liquid-y mochi, but personally, I think it makes sense. The bun itself is really chewy, and I think that having a chewy mochi inside to compete with it wouldn’t work. The flowy mochi adds another element of texture, that isn’t the conventional chewy mochi.
