β¨: My favourite was my main dish of fish.
The fish was pan-fried beautifully with a crisp skin, and glazed nicely to carry a golden colour. When paired with the seaweed sauce and oyster, my taste buds were greeted with a pleasant whiff of the ocean. Being a fan of seafood and Japanese flavours, this dish was right up my alley. β£

π¬: However, I was not as impressed with my starter of somen and scallops. Apart from the somen being too soft for my liking, there was a general lack of flavour in the dish. Perhaps I had my hopes too high for a strong truffle flavour and caviar umami. β£
