While these two dishes may look photogenic, their value is as shallow as their skin.
In the foreground we have the Spiced Chicken ($21). If you like dry and mushy chicken, please order it. It was almost as if they cooked it earlier and just left it there to dry!
Moreover in the background, we also have their sous-vide Pork Collar ($21). This pork was so dry that my throat still hurts thinking about it. We left both dishes half eaten and walked off hungry.
Hope the other dishes weren't as bad as this. Will never visit again.
