They have many soup bases to choose from & dry options too. Went for the tomato one as usual, it's lighter, more diluted & less oily compared to other brands I've tried. Vegs, mushrooms, meat & seafood are separated into
different categories with different pricing respectively. Variety is quite okay, condiments not a lot but the pickled veg chilli paste is nice. One thing I don't like is that they fry some of the ingredients like lotus root, tofu & eggplant by default. The oil from it is dark, almost black colour & can rly taste the oiliness when I bite into the eggplant. Maybe can request them to not fry it. Food is served fast, the space is quite small so can be a but cramped & hard to get out when more customers start coming in at peak periods.
