Was craving so badly for a plate of Oyster Omelette and landed here thanks to a quick search on Burpple! Probably one of the best I’ve had in a long time, slightly pricier but has everything I love in an orh jian. Fresh plump oysters (ours had 6-7 pieces), super crispy exterior, just the right amount of gooey-ness, well seasoned and not too oily. There were also bits of crunchy chye poh mixed in! The medium and large are at $8 and $12 each.
