Vegan, sustainability and bar? Do they actually come together? Yes, right at Analogue Initiative! A 3D-printed bar top to tables made from recycled plastic to 100% plant-based menu, a very interesting concept. You kind of feel very cool and calm once you step in, maybe because of the 3D printed big wave alike bar table. 😀
2 of my favorite food for the night are their Jackfruit Tacos and dessert, Pina Clavo. Their jackfruit tacos is flavored in rendang enclaved in crispy taco shell, a little rare sight nowadays. Most places are using soft taco shell instead of crispy ones. But I must say, their rendang flavor is so on point! It’s a little sweet and has a good texture.
Their Pina Clavo consists of a grilled pineapple, fermented chilli, clove ice cream and chickpea tuille. A little exotic but it’s pleasantly good! If you’re adventurous in food, must go for it!
