We all need something sweet now and then.
I found one of my favorite burgers at Burger Frites, and shockingly (for me at least), it's a vegetarian one.⁠⠀ i love the umami of the breaded brie, with the crunch of lettuce and buttery buns.
When others head down the typical veggie path for a #vegetarian option, new gourmet #burger joint @BurgerFrites.sg on Joo Chiat slaps on a whole block of brie - battered and deep-fried to a crispy golden brown - and it works!
