There is a reason why I like salted egg, but I don't agree wth everything salted egg. This is a case where salted egg sauce (which btw isn't mentioned in the menu nor illustrated so) is unnecessarily added for a dish that would have been better left alone — the entire dish was actually well-executed with the chicken breast encasing melted cheese and ham within, deep fried with a crisp exterior and with the meat still succulent. While the cheese was lacking of oozesome goodness, it is still considerably well-done for a coffeeshop stall selling western fare (the only place that does it the way I like it in a coffeeshop would be Happy Chef Western Cuisine at Crawford Lane). Flavours seemed to be a tad toned down so that the salted egg sauce has its place to shine, but that's just where everything lost its point — the salted egg sauce takes the lead in flavour much as though one orders Chicken Corden Bleu to satiate the tastebuds for Salted Egg Yolk cravings; not something I would have ordered it for. That being said, it comes with a choice of two sides at $9.90 where I opted for the coleslaw and onion rings; the latter tasted like Burger King's with cajun seasoning. Salted Egg Yolk fans would possibly note that the sauce is refillable here, but Raclette cheese lovers would perhaps be more interested with the melted Raclette cheese shaved just right before serving at the stall for their Raclette Cheese Fries and the TWC Raclette Chicken.
