Super shiok! Thats the feeling to have this claypot dish on a wet and unusually cold night... Not my first posting on their amazing claypot rice with succulent (real juicy) chicken chunks and generous sliced Chinese sausage and wax meat. For those who wants to up the umami another 2 notches, go for additional salted sun-dried fish and don't forget to add other than the black sticky soy sauce, 2 teaspoons of pork oil.
