; Wu Tang Style Insanely wholesome, as good as I remember having this for supper after work on countless chilly nights back in HongKong's @the.butchers.club so many months ago.

Hunk of dry-aged beef patty fried in sriracha, slice of Cheddar, a couple of sliced tempura sweet potatoes, kimchi and kewpie mayonnaise.
Ohhh how I've missed you 😘
