We only realised this was a lesson re-learnt when they served the dish on our table. We did try this and absolutely hated it. Chewy thick glass noodles with chicken and lots of dried chilli. 1 dish we couldn't understand if it was supposed to be Korean or some China Ma La 麻辣 food. A large serving of chicken with vegetables but all 1 taste from the braised dark sauce. Didn't enjoy the chilli, definitely not with our kind of climate. Saving grace was the glass noodles here were less rubberband, more digestible, although we still didn't like it.
Conclusion was that Zzimdak would never be our kind of food, all the more we didn't feel its high price here was justified.
