Little did I know that the charcuterie at Atlas Gourmet Market serves All Day Breakfast and Business lunch at quite a reasonable price. The Business Lunch Set consists of Iberico collar, two cheese sausages, mixed greens and truffled fries. The portion was just nice for a small eater and that Iberico collar was so well seasoned.
