Black & Gold ($18)

I am so impressed with this dessert from @stray.sg ! Savoury Salted egg soft serve 🍦presented on a crunchy chocolate wafer biscuit sitting on a crispy and aromatic charcoal waffle. The soft serve is then drizzled generously with chocolate sauce 🍫 and sprinkled with fried curry leaves and salted egg bits. At first instance on the menu, one would be skeptical but when it arrives and you are greeted by the scent emanating from the curry leaves then awed by the visually appealing dish. This is pure decadence!
