🍜Pontian Wontan Noodles for lunch. I got the combo set noodles plus drink (S$5). Egg noodles, crispy wanton and lots of char siew. Simple and filling.

My favourite is Red Hill 85 so when I’m craving chilli mee, I go to that only. Finally after 2 years, I decided to give the Pontian Mee another try after seeing the dumplings dessert deal for $6.40. Glad to report it’s quite good. Normal dessert deal is $5. Might actually revisit again soon.

The average waiting time is about 20mins.. so it isn’t really tat bad. Taste wise, it was decent.. not ‘Wow’ nor disappointing..enough to fix my craving..😌

Just have to bear in mind that this is the Malaysian style so its taste more or less resembles the Pon tian Wanton Mee with its trade mark dark sauce.. except this comes with excellent Black looking tasty Char Siew!
