Akin to the usual sticky date pudding we have in Singapore, this individual Christmas spiced pudding will leave you wanting for more. Infused with red wine and well complimented with poached pear and vanilla bean ice cream, this dessert is full of flavor yet not overpowering! Good combination! 😄😄

Went to one of Yarra Valley's famous wine-yard; Domaine Chandon. I was blown away by the view. There was a huge vineyard filled with rows and rows of grapes, the lines of trees beyond the dam follows the course of the yarra river and meanders towards Melbourne and Port Philip Bay. There were mountains in a distance which forms the part of the Yarra Ranges. It was drizzling when we arrived so I was lucky enough to catch a double rainbow at the already beautiful enough place. 😌😌
