Deep-Fried Spring Rolls containing minced pork, crab meat, prawns, taro and spices served with homemade spicy fish sauce. This ended up pretty much like the Chinese fried Ngoh Hiang Roll, though a bit more on the greasy side but I liked the yam input for its faint earthiness which made it slightly different. Also equally addictive was the homemade spicy fish sauce; pungent but carried a sweet spiciness that carried the kick akin to Thai-style sweet chili.
