Apart from your usual sweet souffles and classic French fare, Souffle serves intriguing savoury souffles such as Roquefort Cheese, Comté Cheese, Truffled Mushroom, Lobster as well as Laksa (?!) souffles. I need to return soon for that last one.
The souffle was reliably airy and comfortingly soft inside. We were invited to pour as much Grand Marnier into the souffle as we liked at one go, with any additional shot being chargeable. It was a citrus fumes-laden, softcore-hazy Thursday afternoon at work after lunch.
