When I laid eyes on this dish in the menu, I knew I had to order it. Nothing beats a handmade pasta in (the umami bomb of a) crustacean sauce (think a reduced super intense seafood bisque) with perfectly roasted mussels and prawns. I finished this in no time despite being quite full when I started. I only wished it had just a bit more sauce in it to keep the surface of the pasta more luscious when I got to the last bits.
