One of those signature dishes. Interesting but unfortunately it was not memorable. I’d prefer stuffing my face with the good old chicken in a biscuit. I guess you’ve just got to try them for yourselves to decide if it’s a hit or a miss.
Chicken fat cookie, with spiced cream cheese and bits of crispy chicken skin on top. Another creative dish and love it!

Start with the addictive Chicken in a Biscuit ($12), loaded with chicken fat, skin and spiced cream cheese. Burppler Jonathan Wong also recommends the Handmade Pappardelle ($30) with luscious crustacean sauce.
