Finally gotten down to trying this cup of flat white from Kohi-ya located within Hillview community centre and just a 10-min (~1km) walk from home! A cup that's easy on the palate, with nutty notes, that ain't too milky (hearsay the beans are a blend from @tionghoespecialtycoffee).
Brewed using a custom blend of beans roasted by Tiong Hoe Specialty Coffee, the White was smooth and creamy with a light body and a nutty flavour profile. Pretty soothing for the mid-day cuppa.
