One Instagram friend whom I've yet to meet in real life, @aldraws_, was instrumental in me finding out about the newly-opened Ristorante Luka. She also tipped me off about their "Trippa", an off-the-menu special which I couldn't not order once I learned of it.
Served in a heavy pan, this dish of beef tripe in a tomato and beans stew was both hearty and tasty. There's also a well-camouflaged fried egg in the middle of it. I liked that the tripe was cooked till tender yet still retaining a nice chewiness. Although I didn't, you can ask for some bread to go along with it as well.
