Cheng Teng Gao

And this 臭小子 DEFINITELY delivered! Dishes & cocktails with ironically whimsical names aside (a udon dish call One Night in Tom Yum & a seemingly harmless looking cocktail with a dubious name call Cut-Leg Milo Peng), rest assure no plain gimmicks here yah. What you get instead are Asian dishes with a twist & cocktails with culinary slants. Cheng Tng with Brandy or Bourbon sous-vide with Milo anyone? Oh did I mention their menu comes looking like a 武侠秘笈  I'm sure you'll become a pugilist after a drink or two!

Anyway one dish that's for sharing which stole my heart was this Swee Kueh ($12) : a trio of Tofu Medallions top with Salted Soy Bean & Puffed Rice lying in a shallow pool of unami Chill Oil!
