We're all blown away by the Sukiyaki Rice, a completely original creation of Black Cow's. it is available for an extra $12++ when you order their Omi Shabu Shabu Japanese Wagyu Sukiyaki Set ($130++).
Basically, they use the incredibly flavourful Sukiyaki sauce in which you have simmered all the ingredients, to cook a portion of Hokkaido rice and a sashimi-grade Japanese egg. Upon serving this bowl of goodness at the table, a generous amount of truffle is shaved over. The combination is insanely delicious!! 😋😋😋
Although this Sukiyaki Set is on their dinner menu, you can request for it if you're there for lunch.
