There's something about a charcoal fire grilling up a whole buncha meats that excites me. Must be a little bit of caveman still in me.
Highlight of the night among all the skewers. The pork cheek was seasoned and grilled to perfection ๐ The slight char around the fat gave it a crisp bite and that sexy smoky aroma ๐
The other notable skewers was the Pork Wrapped Enoki, ohhh and the Octopus and Seaweed Fried Rice was amazballs too!
Intricately prepared. And I love that mochi wrapped in seaweed and pork belly! ๐๐ผ
