I didn’t expect this to be one of my favourite salads here (tied with the Kale Soba), but the combination of tender puy lentils, fresh romaine lettuce, crisp celery, super succulent poached sakura chicken slices and uber flavourful oven-roasted portobello mushroom topped with toasted sunflower seed was spot on.
