Seafood Laksa Pasta

Laksa Goreng anyone? I was expecting something more westernised and creamier.
This is more like a Fried Laksa I had elsewhere.. It's not bad though not much to rave about.

Here is Seafood Laksa Pasta ($10 - lunch set, comes with drink) which literally tasted like you were eating a piping bowl of laksa, just dry with spaghetti instead of thick bee hoon!
In the last hour, Happy Birthday Singapore! It's had been a great 24 years staying here! Here's to another 50 good years!

On the side note, had lots of fun traveling free flow and hassle free (no need keep digging for ezlink) 😂

While it was a rather successful experiment at local fusion, I thought that the laksa gravy could have been more 'gao' to better accentuate its taste. Expect other localized creations, such as Chilli Crab Penne and Bak Kwa Carbonara #nofilter #wewantsugar

While other laksa/pasta crossover projects (the magnificent Tolido's Espresso Nook variant comes to mind) bring the flavour of laksa to the pasta playground for exploratory experimentation, here the interpretation remains true to its traditional laksa beliefs. Essentially old-school laksa but blown-dry leaving a lingering moisture, like those 8.30am wet-hair mops which brush onto your face in the rush hour MRT train. 3.9/5

The laksa taste is real strong. Quite a good one. 😊
