We were given the option of choosing either clear or milk soup, and we opted for the milk version. Loved the soup which was thick, creamy, and warm - perfect for a rainy day. Fish was tasty and the batter had been seasoned. The highlight for me were the fresh homemade meatballs and fishcake!

upon entering the eatery, the aroma of the stock wafted into our noses, whetting our appetites immediately.
ordered a random set and added in loads of ala carte dishes. soup at the start was already very flavourful. can imagine how nice it ended up after we added in all the 有的没的.
i suggest to add on the home made items, fu zhou fishballs and the cheap thrill abalone slices.
quite a few types of sauces for us to mix and match like hdl and beauty. i just went solo on the xo sauce. ez.
the noob looking lemon and plum coke came together really well.
easily my favourite meal of the trip. but then again, im a steamboat fanboy. and you cant go wrong with charcoal steamboat.
and the family members running the eatery were very friendly with the toddlers running around. just a very chill and old school place to dine at.
