Best of both worlds, after realizing my favourite beef brisket noodle shop 九記 is closed on Sunday, I was feeling half dejected, until it occurs to me that this wanton noodle also serve beef tendons.
One of those rare restaurants that serve really big sized prawns in their dumplings! Not cheap though at 35HKD, but pretty alright for such quality!
