Oh wow. The strawberry jam had such a brilliant flavour, the milk pudding was soft and almost a little watery.

At first there's nothing special but the strong milk oil aroma hits you at the end. What a gem for this price

The milk ice cream outside is actl quite decent, if abit too sweet. The centre is similar to the sweet potato centre, it's also quite sweet and jammy.

Overall pretty ok just rather sweet

Outside ice cream is very artificial and meh but the centre was intense with sweet potato flavour. Abit too sweet tho

Strong strawberry flavours but artificial, the pieces of fruit were also icy

Delicious. As good as you can expect for this price. Nothing to fault

They said it's a low price now or sth idk if it's true cos I always rmbed 5.1

Anyway the coffee flavour was good but the cream was strong

A decent execution

Sweet potato. It works quite well but not as intense and a little more dry than the normal ones

Difficult to eat, the sponge is stuck to the bottom and hard to cut through

The taste of the pumpkin cream and sweet potato filling was decently strong, it's got some additional body and I'm not sure where that's coming from but overall it's a well crafted cake

The dense NY style cheesecake has a bit of sourness which works well w the sweetness of the creme brulee. It's alright

Banana cream was quite good, and while the small balls were a bit weird overall its decent enough

Pancake was abit dry, whipped butter was abit too salty.

Overall it's ok...

The puff was lousy, but the milk tea taste was strong. However the cream and the milk tea cream were not very well piped, some parts you only have 1 or the other and it affects the taste tremendously. Hopefully it's a one off

The puff pastry is abit empty and doesnt have enough bite for the crisp, and I alr tried my best to time it, i got it less than 20mins after they were baked(they bake at least twice a day, about 4hours apart)

The apple was good tho, it was stewed well and is smooth yet not mushy.

It's alright, for the price you expect better, esp better puff pastry

Wow, this was so good. The mochi is the thicker and slightly more chewy kind but that worked perfectly with the good quality molten chocolate inside.

Delicious! Their recommended for a good reason

Amaou Strawberry Buttercream Bouchee ($2.30)
The Bouchee buns were drier and smaller in size than most of their other sealed cakes with a thin layer of sugar coating on the top. Ichigo cream is reminiscent of flavours of Strawberry 🍓 in Meiji Yogurt.

Uji Matcha Fluffy Cream Roll ($2.30)
Sweeter than the Chateraise Matcha cream puff but holds its original shape and taste longer in the fridge. As someone who usually doesn’t enjoy boring Swiss rolls personally, this cream roll becomes the exception as the slightly bitter matcha balances the sweetness of the red beans 🫘, generous filling cream and moist cake. Enjoy the satisfaction as you become the first person to break the seal and admire un-smeared cream of the roll sitting perfectly in the center of the plastic tray.

The expiry dates for their Double fantasy cream puffs and cream rolls usually last 1-3 days so remember to check before storing them in the fridge.

One of their weaker items, the mochi is harder cos of the temperature, matcha filling was ok

Incredible that u can try a seasonal cake for less than 5bucks

Persimmons are in season and thus utterly delicious, this isn't the super creamy kind but it is between hard and soft. Pear was alright

What stuns is their sponge and cream, incredible as usual. What a steal, it doesn't lose to any of those upscale french patisseries
