Can't remember what this is called but it is one tasty dish and a must try for sure! Absolutely delish! (A tad oily at the bottom though)

Kebab cooked in pottery and is a Cappadocia speciality. Interesting presentation and the clay actually keeps the stew pipping hot throughout the meal (unless you take more than an hour to eat).

Another typically turkish dish. There are many variations depending on where you go. This one reminds me of minestrone and is great with pide
