Fresh catch subtly enhanced with light soy, ginger, and green onions. The freshness of the fish is tbe main ingredient.

Bellore's own chop suey + chicken and rice dishvariation. Whole chicken stuffed with flavored rice, steamed and topped with chop suey.

Not a fan of bihon much, but the lechon kawali made this worth the taste. :-)

Bellore's attempt was just okay. Being primarily a Pinoy restaurant, it wasn't able to recreate the same batter and sauce.

Since spit-roasting an entire pig is very difficult, Bellore created their own version, using just a slab of pork vs. the entire pig. Almost as good as the real thing. :-)

To gut, debone, season, stuff, and fry this very bony fish can only be done with love. :-)
