Grabbed a Korean meal of beef bibimbap and kimchi at Crystal Jade Kitchen tucked away in a corner of Terminal 3 of Beijing International Airport.
About the former, I liked that it came in a pot that kept everything very hot throughout my meal. However, apart from this fact, it was pedestrian at best. On hindsight, I should have gone for the roasted meats with rice or beef brisket noodles instead because quite a few customers seated around me had ordered those.
As for the a la carte order of kimchi, it was ordinary but big enough to be shared between 2 to 3 people.
