Just when you thought that was it, we received a complimentary dessert due to an earlier stuff up from our waiter, even though we told him not to worry about it! Awwww! I wouldn't normally have ordered this dessert but I'm glad he "made" us have it! Carrot, star anise, almond and honey. We really enjoyed this one.
At Scott Pickett's new joint @stcrispinsmith An amuse bouché to start is potato crisps with daubs of tomato, chives, shallot & vinegar salt. Would have loved the original chicken skin version though.
