These ones are pâté de campagne aux champignons (pork & mushroom) and terrine de foies de volaille (chicken liver). Both are enticing, but the champion is the pork one, definitely. The chicken one has a slightly bitter aftertaste, as guessed. While the pork one is way tastier and has a mixed of firm & crumbly texture. Spread thickly on a warm baguette.
