Love the strong Yuzu taste in the soup, and I definitely prefer Shoyu to Shio because the latter is too salty for me. You can choose to have Afuri style roasted pork, tsukemen pork or sous vide chicken. You can even customised the amount of oil (chicken oil blended with dashi) 😋
