With great reviews and typical Danish food aspect entail, I guess there's no choice except I must try this. Not knowing much about Smørrebrød which is actually an open sandwich that you can choose different types of toppings on your rye bread. In the pic, u can see a sticky grayish pork lard mixed with mustard and breadcrumbs.
Love the combi of raw meat with the sorrel. Its tangy and meaty at the same time in one spoon.
