Established over 100 years, this restaurant located near Sensoji Temple is one of the popular place with locals. Deep fried with 100% sesame oil, the tempura here is black on colour and taste different from those we had.
We had Tendon A (one prawn, one mixed and one kisu fish) and Tendon C (four prawns). While batter remain crispy and fresh ingredients, the sauce doesn't seem to work for me. Perhaps we are used to those in Singapore that's why.
