The food truck that I chose was Chef Robby Goco's, which offered an Italian Porchetta sandwich. I actually didn't know who he was, but still decided to buy from his food truck because his seemed the most sophisticated. True enough, after minutes of waiting in the crowded venue & drizzling rain, the much awaited sandwich finally came. It was HUGE (we knew we got our money's worth)! Definitely good for 2 hungry foodies! I loved how it came with differen sauces for us to try, experiment & combine: Aoli, Salsa Verde, mustard, Sriracha & this eggplant sauce (I forget the name). The porchetta was sandwiched in between toasted Ciabatta with arugula, a perfect sunny side up egg & I don't remember if there was goat cheese too. Nonetheless, it was a winning masterpiece! So freakin' amazeballs, I would say, especially those herbed potatoes. After this experience, I've a newfound respect for Chef Robby Goco 👌 We didn't stay for long, so we don't know who won, but I hope he did!!! Other Celebrity Chef's were Chef Sau Del Rosario, Chef Tristan Encarnacion, Chef Florabel Co & Chef Marvin Agustin. I wish we tried the other food trucks!
