Opted for the large box to share. About the unagi here, it's definitely less sweet than others I have had in the past. Crispier here as well, can totally taste and smell that smoky charred cooking
But the best part for me is eating this with the dashi broth. I love making my unagi soggy before I eat them whole.. Personal preference as I do enjoy soggy soft fries
