for the double cheese burger (first pic; priced at $8.40) the patty was juicy and flavourful, and i rly liked the addition of fried shallots which added a textural element of crunch but also an extra dimension of flavour. i also liked how the cheese melts nicely to coat the patty so the flavours gelled well tgt. the truffle mushroom (second pic, priced at $8) had the same delicious patty, but i felt the taste of the β€œtruffle mushroom” was kinda disappointing. nonetheless, the thick cut fluffy fried made up for it :)

damn no regrets, the mille fueille pastry was buttery and flakey w a sweet glaze complementing the distinctly vanilla specked pastry cream!!! the cheesecake was delightful too, with a spiced buttery biscuit base!! the cheesecake itself was rich, smooth and creamy without being too jelak :”) wld defo be back for more of their offerings

for $40 there was a good amount of fresh sweet lobster chunks, stuffed in a buttery brioche. i love the garlic butter sauce, drizzled onto the roll made it all the more decadent. &&& their sweet potato fries were perfectly crisp on the outside n fluffy on the inside. while the queue n ambience wasn’t the best cuz it was supper crowded, i do think the food was worth the money :”)

the portion of avocado was generous, fresh and creamy which complemented the juicy and tender chicken thigh (added another patty for good measure and it was delish!!) props to bk for this one

there wasn’t any truffle taste tbh and the beef mixture was clumpy and dry without much flavour. on the bright side, at least the pastry was flaky??? but defo will not get it again, hopefully the others fare better πŸ˜›
