Tomato based pizza is too salty but the crust is done to my liking. Thin at the base, thick at the side with a crunch but slight chewy dough.

Quiet ambience on a weekday lunch time. Order 2 pizzas using 1-1 Burpple app. Tomato based with salami and ham and white sauce based with 2 types of cheese with eggs. The pizza on the menu during lunch time is different from the ala carte. Price per pizza ranges $29-32. Portion is generous and serving size abt 3-4. We over ordered as we added 1 pasta, spaghetti in tomato sauce with prawn. Prefer the pasta to be more al dente. The dish came with 5-6 big and fresh prawns. Other than that, no wow factor.

Came here while searching for a place to work with wifi and power socket. Sign up a 4hr workspace cum dining bundle at $18. This voucher can be exchange for food and beverages. They serve many vegan options. Chose their wrap. It was a fried version but not oily. It came temperature hot so when the side dishes are cold, overall it is a satisfying meal. Good option if you like to munch while you work.

Huge portion of chicken cutlet fried to perfection. Crispy outside and moist inside. Dish at $9.50, comes with small salad, an egg and rice or fries. Apart from the chicken, the side dishes are average. The salad is pre chop up for sometime and the fries is either too crispy and hard or soggy. Killiney coffee has the caffeine punch but I wish it was hotter.
There is better western meal option around woodlands TEL station.

Lowef Shack is 5min walk from Springleaf MRT near the nature park. Open outdoor dining concept. Relax vibe. Ordered their Eggstatic Sando ($6) with a serving of bacon at additional $2. Thick toasted brioche, still soft and moist at the centre. Generous portion of scramble eggs. Capaccino will be $1 off if you order together with breakfast. Coffee is just average.

Came here on Sunday for breakfast. Just 5min walk from Springleaf MRT. Tried their burger (no meat), comes with with scramble egg ($8) . Ordered avocado as add on. Moist burger and scramble eggs are done well. Big portion. I should have skipped the avocado as the burger is very filling by itself.
Ordered piccolo latte. I prefer stronger brew. You get $1 off for drink if you order with food.

Ordered a soup based Min Hoon Kuei for $4. The kuei has chewy texture as they are “pinched” and not roll flat. Deep flavour anchovy soup. It is rare that this stall still makes their fried shallots that has a earthy flavour to the dish. Good amount of meat and Chinese spinach added. A hearty meal. One of the best Min Hoon Kuei !

Ordered eggs benedict ($19.50) and a large size latte ($6.50). A little disappointed on the serving as I was expecting to have wilted spinach as sides since it was indicated in the menu. The brioche was almost non existence. There was a generous topping of hollandaise sauce, however, the taste was bland. Eggs were slightly over cooked. No runny yolks. Many cafes serve much better eggs benedict. The latte kept to their usual standard with a good balance of strong coffee and milk.

Surprised to see burger and fries under all day breakfast. At $20 a serving, we customise the order with additional sausage ($4.50) and mango salsa ($3.50). So total up to $28. The burger came with scramble eggs and bacon between soft bun. The tanginess in the mango balanced the savoury bacon. Crispy and warm fries round up the meal.

Ordered using 1-1 Burpple. Good serving size. Considered price on steep side at $28 if not for the Burpple offer. The sunny-side-up egg was done to the exact consistency with runny yoke but the egg white formed a solid rim. The additional 1 slice of truffle on top added to the fragrance.
Indicated that we want our coffee serve after the meal, unfortunately, we waited for 20min with 2 reminders before we get our drink.

Rich creamy carbonara spaghetti ($16.50) with good serving of bacon and ham. With the soft boiled egg mixed in, it gets a little “gelat” when the food gets cold. Overall, it is still a satisfying meal.
Fish burger w spicy aioli ($17). Generous serving. Fries is hot and crispy. Enjoyed their coffee. One of the better long black among the many cafes. Strong brew with a bitter punch that is to my liking. Cafe latte has the right balance of the coffee and milk.
Total spend $25 with Burpple 1 for 1. Good deal. Will come back again as the ambience is relaxing and not crowded.

Ordered ham and cheese sourdough $13 and French toast $17 using the Burpple 1-1 for the 1st time. French toast was a little dry as I was expecting it to drench in eggs. The generous serving of fruits helps to give the toast some moist. The food presentation was superb !
The ham and cheese sourdough is just average. The bread was able to hold the crisp even after 30min. Have cafe latte and long black. Drinks served were piping hot, which I like !
