We first discovered The Armoury on Burpple when they were in were a Burpple Beyond Partner. The Armoury Burger was one of the rare burgers in Singapore that left us a little upset when it was over. The burger definitely checked all the conditions for a perfect beef burger (Hearty, meaty and slightly greasy)! We also liked the portion and crispness of the fries, which were a perfect complement to the main stair. 🙂

The Bread Yard Big Breakfast is a full English breakfast containing 2 slices of sourdough bread with butter, arugula (With a pesto-like dressing), spicy baked beans, salsicca pork sausage, 2 slices of back bacon, shimeiji & white button mushrooms and two eggs of any style (We got the scrambled one)!

The big breakfast was a pleasant surprise despite the lack of a potato hash/fry with the other components being able to hold its own. The salsicca pork sausage, spicy baked beans and sourdough bread were the best items on the plate.

However, some improvements could be done for the salad dressing (which did not really blend in well with the other items), eggs (which could be more heavily seasoned) and mushrooms (which could have spent a tad longer on the pan/grill).

For $18 ($15.40 after the 20% burpple discount), I would say this is a rather decent place to get a full English breakfast, especially if you live in the west of Singapore!
