People always order the ricotta berry hotcakes, but this Fish and Potato dish was really good too! Sea bass with crispy rosti, plus that gorgeous egg. Yums. Be prepared to wait for a table at brunch / lunch time though.

1-for-1 lunches - the salmon was done really well! And the pilaf was tasty too. A really good deal.

Finger licking good zhup 😋 Meaty crab at pretty reasonable prices, if you don't mind the ulu location and rural feel of the place.

Pillowy soft buns with oozy salted egg yolk. This was really good!

We thought it was kinda pricey at $3.60 for 2. It was well done though, fried mantous with red bean paste. Just the right crisp.

Such a yummy treat! Well fried and crisp, with a spicy tangy sauce. I didn't even know that the stall sold this - the menu was always covered by a stack of trays!

At the new Oasia Hotel Downtown - the hotel had not even started operations when we were there. The restaurant was a lovely space for get-togethers.

Added lavender jelly and salted caramel chocolate. Thought it was a bit overrated, esp at my second time here. And quite pricey. The waffle were not fluffy, and the ice cream wasn't enough for 2 waffles. Drinks such as their iced summer iced tea and a cup of hot tea cost $5.90. Seats were tiny, and not comfortable to stay for long. Yet the Q was long.

Really good yam cakes, though a bit pricey at $6.90 a la carte and $7.90 set. Set comes with a Nanyang coffee. This chain is owned by Toast Box. Much wider selection of food, and quite nice place to chill.

One of the best salted egg crabs we have had. $55 for one 500-600g crab. Fresh and fairly meaty. Really good deal if you are a FAR card member. Second time here in 2 weeks.
