This was our first stop, which is @ahsooon's highlight for the entire trip! Authentic chicken rice balls - we love their gravy/marinate that's very different from Singaporean-style of Hainanese chicken rice. Theirs had a good balance of saltiness, with a light tinge of sweetness! The rice balls were soft but not too moist and full of fragrance! πŸ˜‹πŸ˜

There are eighteen flavours of ice cream to choose from and we really like their Extraberry, Blue Hawaii, Thai Tea and Matcha Green Tea flavours. The flavours we chose allowed our palates a taste of the ι…Έη”œθ‹¦θΎ£ (sour, sweet, bitter, spicy) package, just missing out on the spicy part. Well, if some Chilli flavoured ice cream is created, won’t it be fantastic?! Remember to request for sampling before deciding on your desired flavours. Please share the Egglette Towers with two to three friends, don’t let it go to waste if you’re feeling too full πŸ˜‹πŸ˜

The Eggs Benedict ($10.90, only available at #01-K1) allows you to choose either smoked salmon, ham or bacon and it isn’t expensive for such a generous portion. Good morning! πŸ˜‹πŸ˜

Throwback to one of the better and more generous portion of Black Pepper Crab we've devoured! πŸ˜‹πŸ˜

Begin this week with Sea Fortune Pasta ($23.80 as a set; $20 ala carte), consisting of grilled scallops and prawns with cream pasta, edamame, ginger-infused goji berries, poached egg and truffle oil. This is my favourite as the lightly creamed pasta was tasty and yet not the kind that you’ll feel β€œgelat” after eating a few bites! The scallops and prawns were fresh and simply well done. The best part was the poached egg – imagine the runny yolk oozing out like a small stream, yums! πŸ˜‹πŸ˜

Trying to bring back the delectable taste of these tender and flavoursome ribs I had three weeks ago! Thanks @ahsooon once again for knowing me inside out, even knowing what appeals to my palate πŸ˜‹πŸ˜

It is a blueberry cheese pie covered with purple chocolate eggs. We love the cheese pie that wasn’t too β€œgelat”, yet flavourfully light on the palate. πŸ˜‹πŸ˜
