back here again to try other things! sadly no longer a 1-for-1 deal here but the food’s still good. this was the black garlic tonkontsu ramen ($12.90), broth was really fragrant (the garlick-y kind) and quite rich! q enjoyed this, would definitely recommend

we all ordered the mentai salmon don which was pretty good! the salmon was served in a somewhat aburi style but i particularly liked the fact that it was slightly flamed on the top but still had some of the sashimi texture

they have a bunch of deals on different days for alcoholic drinks but we didn’t order any

atmosphere is very vibey

got 8 pieces for around $5 with the burpple deal! pretty juicy inside with a crispy outer layer. taste wise it was pretty good, although i think there are some hawkers out there that sell equally good 锅贴. where this store might have an edge over others is in their different flavours — but i didn’t try those so i wouldn’t know 🤡

this was the best seller, priced at $12. broth was quite refreshing without being too bland or salty and the portion was enough to be filling too.

priced at $11.40 this was pretty filling and tastes good! curry was a little watery after mixing everything together but the taste was still there so not really much of an issue for me. we redeemed the 30% off total bill deal w burpple beyond which made it pretty worth.
