It was served lukewarm. Fish must be eaten hot. It’s not bad, just not Michelin cooking. The surroundings and garden is top though.

Good environment. Food is v average. The dishes are copied from other more famous restaurants. Served lukewarm. But top tier surroundings.

Been to Olivia 3 times and this is the best dish at the restaurant. Other dishes are ok compared to this.

Margehrita. Supposed to come with basil LEAVES but they gave stingy cuts of basil bits. Worse is it was a pre-cooked pizza and just heated up. Freshly baked pizza the cheese is stringy when you pull it. Reheated pizza the cheese is clunky. Also the crust was hot but part of the tomato paste was cold. Another sign of reheating pizza. WHY? This is Pete’s Place in Grand Hyatt hotel. If no respect for Italian food then why open in a hotel? Better to buy frozen pizza and reheat at home.

Food is not bad. But it’s not “fine dinning”. Not managed properly.
One of the waiter was wearing a “waiter jacket” with collars folded inward and NOTHING underneath. I could see his bare chest when we ordered and when he bended down could see all the way to his belly button.

He served my food and had 3inch long finger nails that was YELLOW, I almost wanted to throw up. Lost all appetite.

Other waiters wore their own colourful TShirt underneath Ill fitted jacket and jeans. Looked like mafia.

I thought I walked into some “all men bar”, was absolutely horrified.

Sat night half empty restaurant, table next to us left and the waiter took their dirty table napkin w some gif, the wiped the table and replated it. Whilst we were eating. Feel bad for whoever sits there next.

Reception area looks like a storage room, smack in front is an ikea bag filed w dirty table napkins and cardboard boxes.

This is managed like a hawker centre stall. Shame cus food really not bad.

Yummy and complimentary! Warm biscuit
